Lamar County Health Occupations Scholarship

1) Lamar County Resident for at least the last ss12 months, 2) Enrolled in a Health Occupation Program, 3) Work Agreement – recipient must agree to work in Lamar County in a position related to the Health Occupations program completed at Paris Junior College for a minimum of one year for each year the scholarship was received, 4) Must maintain a 2.5 GPA 5) Scholarship eligibility requirements and post-graduation conditions 6) The recipient must notify the appropriate health Occupation Administrative Assistant at Paris Junior College when employment has been accepted that fulfills the scholarships requirement. 7)To verify employment, the recipient must submit documentation of employment as requested by Paris Junior College. Employment term begins 45 days after the certificate or degree is completed. If the post-graduation employment conditions are not met, the recipient is unable to fulfill the employment requirements, or the recipient fails to respond to requests, the Business Office may place the recipient on a repayment plan.
